Service Description
CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen that involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport, incorporating elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. It is practiced by members in CrossFit-affiliated gyms, and by individuals who complete daily workouts (otherwise known as "WODs" or "Workouts of the Day".

PASSPORT (OR A CLEAR PHOTO OF IT) IS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the waiver and get set up for your session. For any cancellations or rescheduling, kindly inform us at least 1 hour before the class starts. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
